What are you feeding this child?? (WARNING:GROSS!!)

I have no idea how this happened (you know what I mean!) and I know Rylen is going to kill me when he's older for putting this on the blog but this has never happened before. I understand that accidents do happen and we have had many of them but they happen through the seams or come out of the top of the diaper. This one seeped through the diaper!!!
Who is feeding this child??? And what are they feeding him?
